For the last 2 weeks I have been working on my fitness. Five days a week in the gym with my personal trainer. I am exhausted!
In just 2 weeks I have upped my weights and increased my strength considerably. I'm not sure if I've lost any weight or dropped any inches (I'll find that out tomorrow), but I do feel stronger and my balance has gotten much better. I guess we'll see how these 2 weeks pay off during my weigh-in and measurements tomorrow!
