As of yesterday, I am officially the heaviest weight I have ever been in my life. (Just to give you an idea, I'm about 70 lbs too heavy per my doctor). So, to take care of that, I'm getting my butt off the couch and doing something about it.
I started working with a personal trainer yesterday, and I'm starting the process of overhauling my eating. I can't do it all at once (the eating part that is) because my brain will lose itself, I think. This week I'm working on cutting out all the diet soda I've been drinking. Small steps, they say.
